As Mayor of Hesperia, I’m proud to lend my support to Scott Nassif in his campaign for re-election as Mayor of Apple Valley.

Scott’s record speaks for itself. A lifelong resident of Apple Valley, he has served the community for years — first winning his council seat in 2002, and being elected Mayor in 2022. That kind of sustained, hands-on commitment to a community is rare, and it shows in the trust voters have placed in him time and again.

Beyond Apple Valley, Scott has been a steady voice for the High Desert region as a whole. His work with the League of California Cities and the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority reflects a leader who understands that our cities — Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville, and beyond — are stronger when we collaborate on shared infrastructure, housing, and economic development priorities.

As a fellow mayor working through many of the same regional challenges — from public safety funding to infrastructure needs — I’ve valued Scott’s partnership and his practical, business-minded approach to local government. Apple Valley will be well served by his continued leadership.
